It's amazing. This man thinks so highly of himself because he is well-educated, rich, healthy and fit......that he has the right to berate, degrade and insult this woman....this stranger. He is soo rude! And sooo disgustingly arrogant! It is so sad!
Second, there was the customer that came into work today, who had lots of horror stories following her from my co-workers. I couldn't believe my ears!
- She bought a pencil. She came back into the store and continued to yell at the employee that sold it to her because it was broken! Yes, Yell and complain!!! Seriously, is there really a need for that? We would gladly give you a new pencil, because we strive for customer service, but your yelling is really unneccessary, and is only going to make us employees hate helping you.
- She came in to purchase various products and after paying, continued to complain that her daughter's student discount which should be 10%, actually came up as 6% on her receipt. Oh, I'm sorry.......I will gladly refund you the .85 cents.
- But this..........this just floored me. I heard from another co-worker about another previous experience with her. He was helping a frame customer, who had a mound of artwork, so clearly he was going to take a while. This lovely specimen of a lady came in through the door and saw him, stating......." oh you have helped me before. Can you help me find something on the floor now?" Being the professional that he is, he replied "I actually am with a customer at the moment (which she clearly saw, but obviously didn't care)....so one of the other associates will be glad to help you."
Are you frickin for real lady? You are no more important than any other person on this earth. You will either wait your turn, or just ask someone else who is free.
It just REALLY irritates me when people think they are all high and mighty....better than you........hot to trot........hot spit.......they think they're the shit.........let's all just get along now shall we?
